Local Delivery in Singapore
Our local orders will be delivered via Singapore Post. There is a choice of Normal Delivery and Registered Delivery of your package.
Normal Delivery
Your package will go through the normal postage services. Please note tracking number will not be provided. We will take great care to ensure the parcel is securely sealed, and postage address is clearly displayed. However, we will not be responsible for any loss of delivery via Normal mail.
Singpost will take 1 to 2 working days to deliver your package to your specified address.
Registered Delivery
Your package will be delivered to your doorstep where tracking number will be provided. Please be at your designated address or get someone to receive on your behalf. Should you missed the delivery, you will receive a notification card where you can self-collect at the designated Singpost collection center or alternatively, call Singpost at 1605 to re-arrange delivery for you.
Singpost will take 2 to 3 working days to deliver your package to your specified address.
Local Delivery Charges
Normal Shipping: $1.00 (waived for purchase above $20)
Registered Shipping : $2.50 (waived for purchase above $80)
Applies to Singapore delivery only.
Overseas Delivery
All Overseas Delivery are via Registered mail (by AIR). Different shipping rates for international orders apply.
Following rates to be applied upon your order submission :
Malaysia & Brunei Registered Delivery : $4.00
Asia Pacific Registered Delivery (except Japan, Australia & NZ) : $8.00
Other Countries Registered Delivery : $10.00 **Additional fee (if any) will be advised via email**
This is handled via Singpost Registered mail service. Tracking number for your parcel is provided. It takes 4 to 10 working days (depending on the destination, local conditions, customs clearance) for your parcel to be delivered to your specified address. To check the delivery standard by Singapore Post, please visit www.singpost.com.sg.
Package
Each item has its own sealed packaging. All items are consolidated into a single parcel for dispatch and shipped discreetly.
For overseas shipping, the content and its quantity will be pasted on the envelope for Customs Declaration purpose.
The content description will be described as "Apparel".
Refund & Return Policy
Cutie Lingerie does not take responsibility if there is colour differences in what is displayed in photos due to different monitor settings. We will however strive to provide as accurate a description as possible on the product including the size and other measurements.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept return of items sold. If the item is received in a severely damaged condition, please send a picture of the damaged product and contact our customer sales team where it will be evaluated on an exceptional basis. Any return shipment of the defective product will be borne by the buyer. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by buyer.
